Policy

If for any reason you decide the item isn't for you, you have 14 days to exchange it.

Since most pieces are one off, the item can be amended and resized where possible (charges may occur).

The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with the receipt.

Special commission, personalised items and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items on special promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS, FURTHER DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE LOCAL TRADING STANDARD DEPARTMENT OR CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU.
